Hermis respects your privacy and retains your personal data only while your account is still active in order to provide the best possible experience on the platform. If you choose to close or delete your account, all personally identifiable information will be securely deleted within 180 days of the account closure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
